The response is built from the map.
SignalResponse is the 8-week programme that follows a SignalCheck. It works on the shared gaps the map shows, in the situations the team actually meets, and it ends with a repeat diagnostic that shows what moved.
It targets only the drop
Generic training spends the same effort on every person and every dimension. A SignalCheck map usually shows something narrower: a group that holds in three dimensions and drops in the same two when pressure arrives. SignalResponse targets only the drop. That is why it is shorter than a course, costs less, and is easier to defend to a budget holder. And it is why it cannot be bought without a diagnostic first.
What 8 weeks looks like
Weeks 1 to 2: the situations
The programme opens with the exact moments the map flagged, rebuilt as practice conditions: the challenged decision, the cross-timezone call, the question nobody prepared for.
Weeks 3 to 7: the techniques
Each targeted dimension gets working techniques, practised under the same pressure the diagnostic used. Tools, drilled in the situations they are for.
Week 8: the retest
The team takes the SignalCheck again, under the same standardised scenarios and the same fixed bands. The movement report shows what moved, what remains, and where to act next.
How the sessions run
Sessions run around the team’s working hours across APAC time zones. The techniques come from the SignalCheck methodology and are delivered by practitioners trained on it. The bookends, the opening diagnostic read and the closing movement review, are led by the founder.
Measure first. Then respond.
SignalResponse starts from a map. If your team has not taken a SignalCheck yet, that is the first step.
