How it works

Measure, respond, retest.

The sequence from the first conversation to a repeat diagnostic that shows what moved. One defined team, a clear scope, and no company-wide commitment.

The sequence

Ten steps, scoping call to movement report

Measure

Step 1

Scoping call

20 minutes. We learn the team, where communication becomes difficult, and what is coming up. If a SignalCheck is not the right instrument we say so.

Step 2

Team selection and participant communication

You choose one defined team. Every participant is told what is collected, who sees it, and what their leader will and will not receive, before anything is booked.

Step 3

Diagnostic sessions

Each person takes the SignalCheck privately, scheduled around their work rather than around ours. 45 minutes in three parts. The same scenarios, delivered the same way, every time.

Step 4

Human review

A person reviews every report before it is delivered. The reviewer checks the automated output against the session and can override it.

Step 5

Individual reports delivered privately

Each person receives their own scored report across the five dimensions. It goes to them, not to their manager.

Respond

Step 6

Leader debrief with the map

You receive the team pattern map and a working session on it. The debrief discusses patterns, never named people.

Step 7

SignalResponse designed from the map

The programme targets the shared gaps the map shows, rather than working on everything for everyone.

Step 8

Programme delivery

SignalResponse runs against those gaps, mirroring the situations the team actually meets.

Retest

Step 9

Repeat SignalCheck

After 8 to 12 weeks the team takes the diagnostic again, under the same standardised scenarios and the same bands.

Step 10

Movement report

What moved, what remains, and where to act next.

From scoping call to movement report, a single-team engagement typically runs 12 to 16 weeks. The exact cadence is set with you on the scoping call.

Why existing approaches miss it

The score measured the language. It never measured the moment.

A test score measures a calm room

TOEIC and IELTS measure English in a quiet room. Someone on your team can hold a strong test score and still go quiet when a stakeholder challenges the plan.

Generic training trains everyone on everything

A course spends the same effort on every person and every dimension, whether or not that is where the group actually drops.

SignalCheck measures under pressure, then targets

It measures performance when the pressure arrives, and SignalResponse works on what the map shows rather than on all five dimensions for all ten people.

The commitment

What it asks of your team

Each participant gives 45 minutes, scheduled around their own work. There is no preparation and nothing to revise, because a diagnostic measures what is already there.

45 minutes total

One team, one scope, one map.

A short conversation first, so we can tell you whether a SignalCheck is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so.
