The report

What a scored report actually looks like.

Every figure on this page is illustrative. The format is real, the numbers are a sample, and no client data appears anywhere on this site.

Anatomy

Every part of it, and what it is for

The ring

One overall score out of 100

The weighted result across all five dimensions. It exists so the same person can be measured again later and see whether anything moved.

The zone

Five fixed bands, never rescaled

Foundation, Emerging, Developing, Strong, Exceptional. The bands do not move between people or between sessions, which is what makes two reports comparable.

The dimension bars

Where the overall score comes from

Each of the five scored separately. A strong overall score can still hide one dimension that is costing the person every difficult meeting.

The notes

Plain language, not jargon

What happened when the pressure arrived, written so the person can act on it the same week. No techniques, no scoring theory.

Expert review

No report is delivered unreviewed

A SignalCheck expert reads every report before it goes anywhere. That is part of the method, not an upgrade.

For a team

The individual reports combine into one map

The map is pattern level by design. It shows where the group holds and where it drops. It never names a person and it never ranks them.

The signal map. What you receive.

Every person is measured on the same five dimensions, so the individual reports combine into one map of the group. This sample shows a team of ten senior engineers. Each small dot is one person. The large marker is the group average, coloured by its zone.

Structure

Does the answer hold its shape under challenge?

Thinking and responding quickly

6050 to 70

Natural delivery

Does the real person come through in English?

8172 to 88
One person Group average, coloured by its zone Spread, lowest to highest

This group holds in three dimensions and drops in the same two under pressure. One shared gap, not ten separate problems, so development targets only the gap.

Sample data, for illustration only. A live map is built from your own team.

Zones

Five bands, fixed

Foundation

0 to 40. The message does not survive contact with pressure.

Emerging

41 to 54. It holds in easy conditions and breaks in hard ones.

Developing

55 to 69. Mostly holds, with one or two dimensions carrying the cost.

Strong, then Exceptional

70 to 84, then 85 to 100. Holds under challenge, and the room hears the point first time.

The first step is one team, not a company programme. Run the diagnostic, read the map, and decide with the data in front of you.
